Summer Micro-Wedding at Grayson Mills Stratford

A & G’s intimate elopement at Grayson Mills in Stratford was one to remember!

On a warm and sunny August afternoon, A & G’s closest loved ones gathered on the balcony at Grayson Mills. While their guests settled in the ceremony space, the main floor served as the perfect spot for a private first look between the bride and groom. Originally built in the 1880s, Grayson Mills is Stratford’s newest wedding venue. Best known for its time as a bicycle and automotive dealership, the restored building now sports exposed beams, brick interiors and three large spaces for weddings of all sizes.

Soon after their first look, we joined the guests upstairs as the ceremony began. We were greeted by beautiful blue skies as far as the eye could see. The balcony at Grayson Mills offers an elevated view of downtown Stratford, while still remaining open enough for a few celebratory honks as the locals passed by.

After the ceremony, myself and the newlyweds walked up the block to Shakespearean Gardens. One of my favourite photo locations in Stratford, located conveniently up the street for wedding portraits! The beautifully maintained gardens and greenery were the perfect backdrop for a few quick photos before we headed back for a celebratory toast.

Truly a wonderful day from start to finish!
